GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Graphic Designers are responsible for creating brand specific artwork and interpreting current trends into LTB’s product identity. Through trend/vintage shopping, marketing and internet research, Graphic Designers develop seasonal graphic concepts. After the concept is determined and initialized, along with the Fashion Designers, Graphic Designers will work with Production to develop samples. 

Main responsibilities:

• Develop design and color concepts, sketches, artwork and graphics
• Use design tools (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create fashion design artwork
• Research on new design concepts, trend shop, keep updated on the latest fashion trends in the global market
  

Qualifications:

• Experienced in fashion design within a multinational environment
• Fashion Design University Degree
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Must have strong artistic ability, including drawing skills, with an excellent sense of design and color.
• Sketching into the computer
• Translate ideas from concept into actual
• Strong sense of aesthetics - an eye for color and detail, a sense of balance and proportion, and a strong artistic ability
• Open to new ideas and influences, and quick to react to changing trends
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A true team player
• Self-discipline to start projects on his/her own and to meet deadlines and production schedules
• Being open minded, fast forward and ambitious

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

I Graphic Designers sono responsabili della creazione dello specifico artwork del marchio e dell’interpretazione delle attuali tendenze nell’identità del prodotto LTB. Tramite trend/vintage shopping, marketing e ricerche su Internet, i graphic designer sviluppano dei concept grafici stagionali.
Dopo la determinazione del concept, assieme ai fashion designer, i graphic designer lavoreranno con il dipartimento di produzione per sviluppare i campioni.

Principali responsabilità:

• sviluppare disegni , color concept, sketch, artwork e grafiche;
• utilizzare i seguenti design tools: Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, ecc. per creare fashion design art work;
• effettuare delle ricerche sui nuovi concepts, trend shop, per essere aggiornati sulle ultime tendenze del mercato internazionale.
  

Principali requisiti richiesti:

• esperienza nel fashion design in ambiente multinazionale;
• laurea in Fashion Design;
• inglese fluente parlato e scritto;
• forte abilità artistiche con competenza nel disegno ed eccellente senso del colore;
• capacità in computer sketching;
• capacità di tradurre idee e concretizzare il concept;
• forte senso estetico, occhio per i colori, i dettagli, senso di equilibrio e proporzioni;
• ottima capacità di comunicazione e problem solving;
• ottima attitudine al lavoro di squadra e adattabilità;
• disciplinato/a per iniziare i progetti in autonomia rispettando termini e programmi di produzione;
• mentalità aperta, proiettata in avanti e giusta ambizione.
