Registering your CV in the Moda Research database is a fundamental step in ensuring that you gain maximum visibility and receive information about job opportunities in the fashion industry. Once you have registered, you can access your profile at any time, using your “email and password”, in order to apply for jobs online. Remember to keep your profile up to date in order to ensure that we can contact you and that your profile reflects your current experience, that way you will receive all the relevant opportunities! Here you’ll find the answers to some of our candidates’ most frequently asked questions.
1) I need technical support.
Browsers which are not up to date like Internet Explorer 6 and 7 may cause problems in viewing the pages and forms. We therefore suggest you update or install the latest version of your browser. Updating your browser is safe, easy and free of charge. You can update your browser immediately by clicking on the link below. 2) The system reports that my profile has already been registered in the database, but does not allow me to access the profile.
Perhaps you sent us or notified us of a different e-mail address in the past. You do not need to create a new profile from scratch. All you need to do is go to the contact us page and request that we replace the existing e-mail address with your new one, or alternatively contact us by phone. Once you have done this, you will be able to change the information on your profile yourself and update your profile at any time.
3) Can I apply by e-mail?
Please do not apply by e-mail. The only way to obtain immediate visibility is to follow the instructions below each search or advertisement job and access the relevant online form.
4) How do I get my password?
If you are registering for the first time, you can choose your own password. If you have already sent us your CV in the past and have forgotten your password, click on “Forgotten your password?” Our software will then create a new random password for you, which will be sent to you by e-mail. You can change the new password at any time by clicking on “change password”.
Please note: The new password will be sent to your registered email address. If you have deactivated the account you will need to notify us of your new e-mail address by filling in the contact us form.
5) What is the best way to register my CV in order to ensure maximum visibility?
The registration form includes compulsory fields, which are essential in order to register. Although the EXPERIENCE fields are not compulsory, they are very important to ensure maximum visibility in the database. That’s why we suggest you to take a moment now to complete your profile as far as you can, filling in all the most significant POSITIONS held and ACTIVITIES: access your profile.
