What happens when you receive a request from a Company?
We usually hold an initial introductory meeting and we always request a precise job description. Following this, we carry out a feasibility study, enabling us to establish the best way to achieve the objective and provide the Company with the best solution to meet its specific needs.
Once you have been assigned a ‘Top Management Search’, how long will it be before you introduce us to the initial candidates?
Candidates are normally identified and selected by interview within a maximum period of 30 working days.

Once you have been assigned a ‘Middle Management Search’, how long will it be before you introduce us to the initial candidates?
With ‘Search & Selection’ service candidates are identified and selected by interview within a maximum period of 20 working days. With the ‘Search’ service it takes 15 working days. With the ‘Database’ service it takes normally 5 days.

Once you have been assigned a ‘Job Posting’, how long will it be before the applicants’ CV can be viewed?
With the ‘Job Posting’ service Companies are able to view Candidates’ CVs in their exclusive online area in real time, as soon as they apply.
What happens when a Candidate is accepted and offered employment, but then fails the trial period?
We are prepared to reactivate only the Search & Selection process at no additional charge to the Company if, after careful analysis, we find that the problem was due to some fault of ours.
Do you contact your client Companies’ employees?
Moda Research does not consider or contact any of its Customers’ staff, of any level, for recruitment purposes for a period of 12 months after completing the last Top/Middle Management Search and Selection assignment for the Customer in question.
